Returns Policy
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If the goods you have received are not what you need, MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may accept the return of goods in accordance with the following conditions:
- There is a fault with the item. This will need to be returned and inspected.
- The return must be authorised by a Customer Service Representative.
- Returned goods due to change of mind must be in original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition. MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may reject returned goods that do not comply with this condition unless MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD has requested their return, or the goods were defective at the time of supply and compliance is not possible. All claims must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods.
- All claims for credit must be communicated to MEDELA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD within thirty (30) days of dispatch or discovery of defect in the goods.
